Carlow Circuit Civil Court
Carlow Circuit Civil Court cases due to be heard during the week commencing 26th January 2021 have been adjourned into the next call over on 23rd March 2021 @ 12.00pm. In accordance with the statement in respect of the arrangement of Courts - Covid-19, Carlow Court Office will notify parties of the adjourned dates. If there are any urgent applications, please contact the Court Office by email at carlowcourtoffice@courts.ie and we will confirm the availability of a Judge in the South Eastern Circuit to hear urgent applications. 

Carlow - County Registrar's Motion Court - 26th January 2021 - Adjourned
The sitting of the County Registrar's Motion Court  scheduled for Carlow Courthouse on 26th January 2021 is hereby adjourned to the 23rd day of February 2021 at 10.30am.

Carlow - County Registrar's Call Over Court (District Court Appeals) - 26th January 2021 - Cancelled
The sitting of the County Registrar's Call Over Court for the District Court Appeals scheduled to commence on 16th March 2021 has been cancelled. The County Registrar will assign a number of cases to each week of the District Court Appeal Court sittings. If there are any urgent appeals that you want included in the list, please contact the Court Office by email at carlowcourtoffice@courts.ie prior to 26th January 2021. In accordance with the statement in respect of the arrangement of Courts - Covid-19, Carlow Court Office will notify parties of the adjourned dates. 

The County Registrar will be available to sit in Carlow to hear urgent applications.  

Carlow Court office will, on a temporary basis, accept consent adjournment applications by email where both parties email independently and they will be notified of the adjourned date by email to the email addresses from which they were received.
